Returns
Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Email support@midnightower.shop with your order number to start a return. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement at no cost.
Non refundable
Shipping Protection, warranties and shipping fees are non refundable once the order has shipped.
